ACCT has acquired several mobile and modular homes in our parks that will be available for sale soon! Modular home in Brookside (Starksboro), 2br/1ba: new flooring in the bedrooms, new appliances, high ceilings, newer windows, needs some cosmetic finishing touches. Handicap accessible! As-is; asking $18,000: 1984 Champion 14x70 3br/2ba mobile home in Hillside (Starksboro): a good-size home in need of interior renovation. New gravel pad. As-is; aking $5,000: Modular home in Hillside (Starksboro): Newer home that unfortunately due to a freeze-up needs to be completely replumbed and renovated. Recent estimate came in at $12,500. Sold as-is; asking $5,000: Wow! What an amazing time and fabulous turnout we had on Saturday evening for our 3rd annual Sip to Support Housing. Almost a hundred community members turned out at Woodchuck Cidery and helped raise over $5,000 for ACCT's affordable housing programs. THANK YOU! We could not manage the county's largest portfolio of affordable housing without your critical support. The MCMC Jazz Band was AMAZING, the food was great, and fun was had by all! |
