We are excited to announce that ACCT will be holding a 25th Anniversary Party at the Woodchuck Cider House in Middlebury on July 18th from 6-10pm.
The event will feature appetizers, 4 - 2 oz free cider samples (and cash cider bar), live music, a raffle, and silent auction. Tickets are $10 and all proceeds go to benefit affordable housing in Addison County. Additionally, Woodchuck is graciously donating $1 for every beverage sold during the event.
ACCT was recently awarded a Low Income Housing Tax Credit allocation to redevelop the 14-unit Gevry Mobile Home Park in Vergennes. If fully funded, the project is expected to break ground in mid-2016. It will be operated as a rental community for families making no more than 60 percent of area median income.
The project was recently featured in the Addison Independent and several other news sources. You can read about it at the links below.
