Addison Housing Works has partnered with the Rapid Response Mobile Home Infill Project (MHIP) to fill vacant lots in our Manufactured Home Communities and bring new affordable homes online. Currently we have homes available in Lazy Brook and Hillside (Starksboro), with one coming soon at KTP (Bristol). See below for the Rapid Response Mobile Home Infill Program's Website for Program details. Additionally, you must fill out an Addison Housing Works Mobile Home Application and be an approved applicant.

As part of a comprehensive response to Vermont’s housing affordability crisis, compounded by recent flooding, a Mobile Home Unit Task Team was assembled to oversee the Rapid Response Mobile Home Infill Program (MHIP) to jumpstart and fast-track Mobile Home lot improvement and home placement within participating Mobile Home Parks to foster affordable homeownership.
Participating Park Owners and Manufactured Home Communities (MHCs) located throughout Vermont agreed to collaborate with MHIP and Vermont State Housing Authority (VSHA) to address Vermont's housing crisis by improving vacant lots and installing quality, affordable manufactured homes for purchase by Vermont homebuyers.
