Addison Housing Works, formerly known as Addison County Community Trust (ACCT), is a nonprofit affordable housing trust located in downtown Vergennes, VT. 
We develop, own, and manage affordable housing in Addison County, including rental apartments, mobile home parks, single-family homes, and senior housing.
AHW was founded in 1989 in Middlebury, VT.  Over the years we have conserved 6,000 acres of land and built or preserved hundreds of units of affordable housing.
