Our Multifamily Apartment Buildings

Addison Housing Works​ strives to develop attractive, energy-efficient apartments at many levels of affordability.  
AHW properties are smoke free.
All apartments include heat, hot water, trash, recycling, lawn care and snow removal unless otherwise indicated.  
​All basic utilities are included unless otherwise indicated. 


For many units, rent is capped at or below 30 percent of income for households earning anywhere from 120 percent of area median income to below 30 percent of area median income. Rents indicated below are approximate and subject to change.
Some buildings are rent-subsidized, and actual rent may differ depending on your income. In some cases, income limits apply.
