Work Safe Update: Now that some businesses are beginning the reopening process, ACCT is also conducting return-to-work planning. Though we are slowly ramping up essential functions being performed out of the office, we are still closed to the public and will remain so for the foreseeable future.

ACCT is continuing to monitor the public health guidance regarding Coronavirus. Generally speaking we will be following guidance from CDC and the Vermont Health Department as applicable. The Vermont Health Department updates their guidance daily at: https://www.healthvermont.gov/response/infectious-disease/2019-novel-coronavirus
ACCT continues to operate with extra precautions as of 3/23/20. As of 3/18, we have closed our office to the public. We can still be reached via phone and email and are accepting applications, rent, re-certification paperwork, etc. through our mail slot. All non-essential in-person meetings are postponed or conducted virtually.
Also as of 3/18, we will only be responding to emergency work orders. Out of an abundance of caution, all ACCT-sponsored group events are cancelled until further notice. ACCT is discouraging residents from congregating in large groups, and encouraging residents to use social distancing and preventive measures if gathering in communal spaces.
Residents and staff are encouraged to promote everyday preventive actions to help prevent the spread of COVID-19, which include:
We are encouraging residents to pay their rent via mail, or for mobile home park residents, via our new RentCafe portal which is available as of April 1st. You can also drop your mail through our office mail slot. Your cancelled check is your receipt; there is no need to pay your rent in person for proof of payment.
