About Shared Equity Home Purchases at Stonecrop Meadows
Addison Housing Works is excited to be partnering with Summit to offer Shared Equity grants for six of the new townhomes and duplexes at Stonecrop Meadows. Some of the Shared Equity units will be available to households earning up to 80% of Area Median Income, and some will be available to households earning between 80% and 120% of Area Median Income (AMI).
The first homes will be ready for occupancy in Summer 2025 and AHW is accepting applications now. The first one to two homes available through the Shared Equity Program will targeted to households earning up to 120% of AMI and have a net purchase price of $233,000 for a two-bedroom town home. Details are still being finalized on the homes that will be available to households earning up to 80% of AMI. We anticipate these homes will be available in late 2025 and/or early 2026, with purchase prices under $200,000 depending on income and unit type.
